Born in a small town in Wisconsin, I was raised with many of the great qualities that you’d expect a Mid-Western person to have including, Loyalty, Trust and Integrity. Like many northerners, living in sunny Florida had always been a dream of mine, so in 1992 I moved to Sarasota and it was the best decision that I have ever made. Sarasota has such beauty and diversity with its world class beaches, boating, golfing, arts and theatres, one has endless activities to stay entertained. Early on I recognized the architectural beauty that many Sarasota homes had, so I began a career in construction and worked my way up to Construction Superintendent. After a few years I took my construction knowledge and passion for homes and transitioned into Real Estate. Buying and fixing up properties for investment became a great hobby of mine and my construction knowledge was also an asset to many of my customers doing the same. Living in Sarasota for almost 30 years now and with over 20 years of Real Estate experience, my customers recognize and appreciate my knowledge of the area and my construction expertise.
